Restorative and Transformative Justice
Ever wonder if another world is possible where sexual harm truth-telling, transformative practices, and proactive community-based justice are the norm? This is the first of two seminars that will explore key concepts of Transformative Justice and Community Accountability (TJ-CA) and their application to sexual harm and IPV. We will delve into the continuum of punitive, permissive, restorative, and transformative practices focusing on interrupting cycles of violence through community advocacy and system change. Join this seminar to ask questions, share your wisdom, and learn more about how Transformative Justice revolutionizes how we think about and address sexual and intimate violence.
